The complete March & April rehearsal schedule will be emailed out and posted on the blog later today or tomorrow. Here are some important notes for the Thursday rehearsal.
All cast should be in attendance from 6:30 - 8 p.m. This includes the Children's Chorus. Please be on time -- we will start promptly at 6:30. If you did not come to get measured for your costume, you will need to be pulled out of rehearsal to do so. We will be having a cast meeting, read-through, and learning the curtain call song "So Long Farewell" (if time allows). Parents of younger children are encouraged to attend the cast meeting from 6:30 - 6:50/7 p.m.(ish). We would also like to invite crew members and orchestra members to attend the read-through if they feel they need to become more acquainted with the musical. Everyone will be excused at 8 p.m. EXCEPT the nuns (including Mother and Sisters Berthe, Margaretta and Sophia) and the postulants. They will be learning their music from 8 - 9 p.m. Thanks to the YW Stake Presidency, our nursery will start on Thursday, 3/1 from 6:30 - 9 p.m. if you need to bring your children.
IMPORTANT: If you joined (or are joining) the cast AFTER auditions OR you never filled out your paperwork, we need you to fill out the Audition Packet that is on the blog and bring it on Thursday. Ignore the part about what role you are trying out for, but please fill out all your personal information and volunteer agreement if you have young children joining the cast.
